A plan that moves when you do.
PULSE reads readiness, recent volume and available equipment before it prescribes the next session — then adapts set by set.
Training, recovery, nutrition and body signals finally speak the same language. PULSE turns the full picture into your next best move.
NO SPAM PRIVACY-FIRST LEAVE ANYTIME
Sleep was short, but recovery is holding. Pull day is your best move.
Legs are still rebuilding after Thursday. Chest needs one more day. Pull day is your best move.
ONE ADAPTIVE SYSTEM
✦YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL
✦BUILT FOR THE LONG GAME
Most apps record isolated moments. PULSE connects what you did, how your body responded, and what should happen next.
PULSE reads readiness, recent volume and available equipment before it prescribes the next session — then adapts set by set.
Meals stop living in a separate app. Protein, energy and hydration targets respond to today's training and tomorrow's recovery demand.
Weight, composition, sleep and cardiovascular signals become a coherent baseline. PULSE highlights durable change without punishing normal variance.
A living timeline connects sessions, habits and outcomes so a plateau becomes an answerable question instead of a dead end.
The coach sees the pattern across sleep, soreness, training, nutrition and trend data. Recommendations show their evidence and stay inside your chosen goals.
Row has stalled for 6 weeks. Lat recovery averages 74%, while biceps receive 2.3× more weekly volume than mid-back.
“Supported” should mean something. Each connection has a real technical path, user-consent boundary, and provider gate.
NOTE Access states describe official platform paths as of July 2026, not guaranteed launch availability. See integration documentation for source links and limitations.
PULSE is being designed around explicit consent, minimum necessary collection, encryption, revocable connections, and understandable controls — not dark patterns.
PULSE is pre-release. These are engineering requirements, not a claim that an unreleased service has completed certification or audit.
Choose your native health store and direct providers. PULSE requests only the scopes each feature needs.
Build a personal baseline from your signals, schedule, goals and honest day-to-day feedback.
Get a clear next action, understand the evidence behind it, and keep the final call.
No. PULSE is planned as a fitness and wellness product, not a diagnostic or treatment tool. Health concerns should always be discussed with a qualified clinician.
No. The product is designed around Apple Health and Health Connect as native aggregation layers, with selected direct cloud connections where they add reliable detail.
No. Public APIs can still require app registration and review; Garmin, Samsung and several hardware vendors require partner approval. The matrix above describes the real access path, not a launch promise.
The intended design minimizes the data sent to model providers, separates identity from analytical context, and requires explicit product controls. Final behavior will be documented before release.
That is a launch requirement: export, connection revocation and account deletion will be first-class controls. The waitlist collects only an email when persistence is configured.
Join the waitlist for product notes and first access. We will never report an email as saved unless a persistence provider accepted it.
