These terms govern your use of the PULSE iOS application and website. By creating an account or using PULSE you agree to them.
Agreement and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PULSE. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Fitness, not medical care
PULSE provides fitness organization and general wellness information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or an emergency service. Stop activity and seek qualified care when symptoms or circumstances require it. Consult a physician before starting a training or nutrition program if you have a medical condition.
Your account and data
You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials and lawful device connections. You keep ownership of your content and grant PULSE only the processing rights needed to deliver the features you enable. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Notice.
AI coach
The AI coach generates educational fitness guidance from the data you connect and requires your explicit consent before it activates. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete: verify important decisions independently and never rely on the coach for medical judgment. You can revoke AI consent and clear the coach’s memory at any time in Settings.
Third-party services
Apple Health, Oura and other integrations depend on each provider’s permissions, terms and availability. A listed integration is not a guarantee of a provider’s continued access, and your use of a provider’s service is governed by that provider’s own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not probe other accounts, submit unlawful data, automate abusive traffic, attempt to circumvent security, or use PULSE to make clinical decisions for another person.
Availability and changes
PULSE is currently provided free of charge. We may add, change or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
PULSE is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, health outcomes or missed training results arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using PULSE and delete your account and data in Settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Questions about these terms: youareaviss@gmail.com.
